How to get there?
Hello Nigel ,
Your holiday is on the horizon! We can’t wait to welcome you to Otter Falls.
In the meantime, here’s some useful information about Otter Falls and some of the things you can do in and around the resort during your stay.
----- We’re easy to find -----
It’s hard to imagine when you are here, but our little Devon hideaway is just 17 miles from the M5 junctions 25 or 28 and so easy to get to. Please use our directions below when nearing resort as Sat Nav takes you down a wrong route!
Travelling East from M5 south west
Exit M5 Junction 29 signposted for A30 Honiton. Follow A30 to Monkton towards A303. Pass through Monkton and look for sign to Upottery/Rawridge. Turn left for Rawridge, follow the winding road, go through the village, then take the only left hand turn into New Road. See directions from Upottery below.
For all guests – directions from Upottery
In the centre of the village at T junction by war memorial (St Mary’s church on left, and Sidmouth Arms on right) turn left past the church. After half-a-mile, just past the sign for Rawridge take the next right hand turn which is New Road. Go over the little river bridge and up the hill. The driveway to Otter Falls is 200 yards on the left. Follow the road (watch speed over the sleeping policemen) and past Spurtham Farm. Once you see the Otter Falls sign follow the road to the left, down the track past the tennis court, bear right then you will approach the Reception car park on the right. Park here and walk through to reception where a member of staff will show you to your accommodation.
When you arrive, please come to reception and we’ll get you checked in as quickly as possible. After welcoming you to the estate, we’ll direct you to your holiday accommodation where the key will be in your door, ready for you to step inside and start your holiday.
----- We’re here to help -----
One of the best things about Otter Falls is the chance to get away from it all. But our team are available throughout your stay if have any questions and to help you make the most of your time with us.
